Tara joined the Andover team in November 2019, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in the veterinary field. Over the course of her career, she has served in a wide range of supportive roles across general practice, emergency, and specialty settings. Tara is a tenured leader with over 15 years of experience managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in patient care and client service.

Her educational background includes studies in veterinary technology, human resources, and psychology, which she integrates into her leadership approach to support both her team and the clients they serve. Tara is deeply passionate about delivering the highest quality patient care while creating a compassionate and positive client experience.

Tara resides in Andover with her family and their lively menagerie of pets. She has a special soft spot for senior pets, particularly Chihuahuas! She also loves big orange cats, and birds! She has a 27 year old Rose Breasted Cockatoo named Jem, who is truly outrageous.  Tara's special interests including traveling, outdoor adventures and helping to heal humanity.
